Meet the Director
About the Owner
Hi, I’m Meriam, the Director of Community Disability Perth. My journey began as a support worker, where I learned that true support is built on trust, respect, and genuine connection rather than just a checklist.
I founded this local service to offer a more personal approach where every participant is valued as an individual. I remain active as a support worker today, personally supporting Lexi, who embodies the spirit of joy and community you see throughout our service.
Whether we are working towards personal goals, attending hydrotherapy, or simply enjoying an ice cream at the park, my focus is on helping you build confidence and stay connected. I proudly serve Swan View, Midland, Ellenbrook, Morley, and surrounding Perth communities with kind, reliable, and relationship-based care.
